Cancellation & Refunds

At SlipinHolidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their booking by submitting a written request via email or official communication channels. The cancellation will be effective from the date and time the request is received by SlipinHolidays.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 15 days before travel: Minimal service charges may apply.
  • 7–15 days before travel: Partial refund after applicable deductions.
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund applicable.
  • No-show: No refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, payment gateway fees, and service costs. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
  • Government permits and entry fees
  • Special event bookings or peak-season packages
  • Last-minute or discounted promotional offers

6. Changes by SlipinHolidays

In rare cases where SlipinHolidays cancels a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund, as applicable.

7. Force Majeure

SlipinHolidays shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds in such cases will depend on service provider policies.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled travel date. Disputes will be handled as per Indian laws.
